PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - December 18, 2003

SKILKEN, the Ohio based shopping center developer and preferred CVS developer for central Ohio and Florida's east coast, has completed the first of CVS's new prototype buildings. The store opened to the public November 10th, 2003 in Titusville, Florida.

The new prototype boasts a larger building providing more sales area as well as exterior aestetics that create a more inviiting atmosphere for the CVS customer.
