Frank Petruziello
Principal
Mr. Petruziello, Partner, is responsible for the planning, design and construction of all Skilken developments. Frank is a registered architect with an extensive and eclectic background in commercial and residential real estate. He guides projects through various governmental approval processes while considering the needs of clients and their customers. At one point or another in his career, Frank has represented almost every interest in the development process. His broad experience contributes to Skilken's ability to start and finish projects on time and on budget.

Mr. Petruziello began his career specializing in commercial neighborhood revitalization and residential development planning with Henshaw Associates in Cleveland. He has worked for the City of Columbus, Division of Planning, and is a former professor at The Ohio State University, Department of Architecture. As a Project Architect with the 3D/Group, Inc., Frank gathered expertise in redevelopment, adaptive reuse projects, downtown revitalization, and mall conversion projects. His designs are featured in numerous publications and he is a professional member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Review Boards, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Frank is a member of the University Area Review Board, which provides design review for all projects in the Ohio State University area of Columbus, Ohio.
