Steve Stadler
Director of Operations Steve has been with Skilken since 1997 and has over 15 years of commercial property experience. He studied business and engineering at The Ohio State University. His knowledge and physical understanding of a broad range of facilities and their operations, has enabled him to work with staff and contractors at our shopping centers to streamline the way we approach our maintenance programs and repairs. In many cases, this efficiency has lead to reductions in operating costs, thus keeping Skilken very competitive in our markets.

Steve believes that tenants are customers and Skilken is in the business of providing good customer service. He continually stresses to his staff the importance of maintaining a good relationship with tenants and having superior curb appeal of all facilities in the Skilken portfolio.

Steve closely observes all of the day-to-day operations to insure an environment that is conducive to successful retail operations and public safety. He addresses any situation he feels is counterproductive to these goals and keeps our facilities inviting, attractive and prosperous.
