Development Manager
Colleen Wisniowski is responsible for the coordination and overall management of projects in both the Development and Brokerage Departments at Skilken. Colleen has been involved in the acquisition and due diligence phases of properties for commercial projects throughout the central Ohio market. Colleen's responsibilities also include the analysis of new markets throughout the United States for Skilken's current and newly acquired clients. Her experience, organization and established development team gives Colleen the edge in bringing a development project from its conception through closing and final deliverable phase.
Ms. Wisniowski's career began in the real estate arena with Thrift Drug Store's Real Estate Department in Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania. Since relocating to Columbus, Ohio in 1991, Colleen has capitalized on her management skills at Accenture. Colleen's role provided project support and executive level administrative services to Global Partners and management of the Accenture process to ensure internal and client projects were completed on time. Colleen brings these same management assets to her client-facing position with Skilken.
Colleen is a licensed real estate agent with the State of Ohio and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
