Chief Financial Officer
Wayne joined the Skilken team in 2007. His contributions include implementing financing solutions on all new and existing Skilken projects, providing financial analysis and recommendations on all acquisition, disposition, and re-development activity, and management of the Accounting Department. His group provides financial reporting to investors and partners, ensures tax compliance, manages Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as administer Human Resources. Prior to joining Skilken, Wayne served as the Vice President of Finance and Administration with a national commercial real estate developer. He has also held roles as the Director of Finance for a custom residential builder and Assistant Controller for a regional developer.
Wayne is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant with over 10 years of diverse experience in commercial, retail and residential real estate. He completed a BSBA in Finance and Accounting along with a Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Wayne lives in Delaware with his wife, Amy and two children, Jacob and Alexis.
