Joanne has been practicing commercial real estate for over fifteen years. She began in Los Angeles, California representing office and industrial developers as well as retail tenants throughout southern California. Later she worked for the Federal Environmental Protection Agency before coming to Columbus, Ohio. She practiced with a large Columbus firm representing developers and retailers across the country for six years before coming to Skilken Properties. She has been with Skilken Properties since 2002 representing the firm in all of its development activities. Joanne has spoken on numerous panels regarding retail leasing, access and development, and land use planning issues.
